Medito has a very well organized interface through which we can listen to an instructor in English who will guide us through different mindfulness exercises. The tool allows us to find exercises to sleep well, eliminate anxiety, reduce stress or manage emotions. We also found weekly plans for us to work on one of these aspects over time, learning to be aware of them and manage them in the best possible way.
In addition to guided meditations, Medito offers the possibility to listen to relaxing music and playlists that will help us in our own meditations, as well as to create an environment that helps us to maintain a relaxed, focused and happy state of mind. On the other hand, with a paid subscription, we will be able to access a wider range of content with which to get more out of the meditation exercise.
